I can't seem to get carrots to grow like that at all.
mine seem to have 10 separate tap roots instead of the 1.
maybe its got to do with the GB medium???

This is the first straight carrot we've been able to grow, hence the photo. The bottom half of this grow bed is gravel. We have had them grow down and then out as soon as they hit the gravel.

Here is the winner, no doubt about it. Grown on aquaponic produce for the last 4-5 months, loves parsley and celery. :lol:
