Hello all,

I just wanted to make a quick announcement incase anyone was interested. Aquatic Eco-Systems and Green Sky Growers will be holding their next Aquaponics Technology and Design workshop on March 28-31st 2012 in Apopka, Florida (USA). We will be featuring special guest speakers Dr James Rakocy, Dr Wilson Lennard and Dr Fred Petitt along with several of our on staff experts for 3 1/2 days of exiting and informative lecture/hands on activity. If you are looking for factual answers, calculations to determine pump sizing, fish load, aeration, plant load, pvc sizing, friction loss, blower sizing, marketing anaylisis, etc etc etc...this is the conference for you. are you recording it by any chance? even awsomer, making an live chat session about it? im one of the poor ones around here... i would love some good Rakocy's action!

Unfortunately not at this time LDH. That may be something they decide to do in the future but for now, you have to attend to see the workshop

I know that there are a couple of youTube videos out there giving a brief overview of the system if you care to take a look at those!

I just got word that Dr James Ebeling (co author of Recirculating Aquaculture) will be attending the workshop that is taking place in a few weeks! I don't know if you will ever see Dr Rakocy, Dr Lennord, Dr Petit and Dr Ebeling in the same room again so if you were on the edge about signing up I hope you do!
