Post subject:  Fish for cold water temperature

So about my topica about all natural pond i didnt cinsider one thing that is that water temperature of river is from 60 to 66 deegres f so i dont know which fish will breed naturaly for that temperature.tell me if i should keep rainbow trout there and artificialy breed it (if you know how tell me ) or if you know some other species that would breed naturaly in that pond.

Your water is a good temp to raise trout, but breeding them might be more difficult.

It also depends on dissolved oxygen and other parameters... What is the river like? how deep? how fast? how clear/murky?

Which fish species are present or native in the river?

River is called zeta and i want to make a pond on side of river and make water of river flow trhough it and in there are a lot of species of trout(that includes rainbow trout) and carp and other species of cyprinds . will fish rainbow breed naturaly or i need to breed them artificialy.if i do do i need to give them any injection or just to to rip the eggs and melt.i dont want a crazy productivity
