Does anybody have an iphone that they use to browse the forum? if so do you use safari or a custom app you downloaded? If so which one and how would you rate it? For the mods, do you support any phone apps retrieving limited data so that performace is improved? Many of the apps I have looked at suggest code needs to be added to the forum (freecode supplied by the app) to support its interface. Does anybody have any ideas? |

Yeah, buy a cheap pre-paid mobile... and put the money you save towards your AP system... |

Rupe, Work bought me the phone as an accessory. Despite this, from my post it was clear the money is already spent and I have an iPhone. I appreciate your attempt at humour, but would VERY much appreciate some serious input, as in many cases I'm limited to the iPhone, as beeing 'seen' to be accessing forums when customers about is bad form, and my pc at home is dead. I apologise if I'm a bit grumpy this morning but I really want to stop using safari. |

it's more the zooming, and the bar of mostly irrelevant info to the left of the posts, along with difficulty in replying in windows etc, that's bothering me. |

Well the un-indoctrinated.... anyway.... My Nokia pre-paid makes phone calls flawlessly... even after having been dropped, flushed, trodden on, lost, recovered and generally used and abused... for about 5 years or more... Cost me $69... with $30 of credit.... |

nokia make good phones, I've always been a nokia man... however for business personal devices, they're not great - despite offering SIP natively. iPhones aren't as good a PHONE as nokia, but they make up for it. |

it's just the fact that you can't read it without zooming, and you can't browse without zomming out... and it's slow... Playing around is cool, I've managed it for months now, but it's starting to rub. There are iPhone apps but they need supplementary code added to the server, and I've not yet heard from the mods. |
