Some people find manuals etc hard to understand. Often it is not until they see it in person that it clicks. I deal with building developers that have been in the industry for 20 years and they still complain when they building is built and they say " I didn't know the room would be that small", despite having plans for 12 months and copious amounts of meetings......oops this is not the 'Rant' topic..... James |
