mizzie, John at Glenwaters Native Fish Farm up near Seymour should have some new fingerlings mid spring or thereabouts. You may be able to source some earlier from NSW hatcheries. If u get stuck I have some left from last summer but I wouldn't be moving any of them til the water warms up in Spring. Perhaps get some cheap goldies to cycle ur system and wait for the weather to warm up. It will give you a chance to learn a bit about ur system, iron out the inevitable bugs etc. Hope this helps. |
