Hey all, I'm up in Lewiston, CA near Redding. I'm having a hell of a time trying to find a place to buy some catfish fingerlings without having to make a $300 min purchase order. Can anyone help me out? |

Freshwater Fish Farms south of Sacramento has started doing monthly "open to the public" sales. If you email them info@freshwaterfishco.com they'll put you on the mailing list. Last date was 12/14/2013. They must be skipping January. FISH PRICE Bluegill $1.00 Black bass – not available in 1-4 inches. See below. Caligurl, have you asked California fish and wildlife yet or are you waiting for someone to do it for you? http://www.dfg.ca.gov/ call them, ask if anyone in california sells HSB and/or trout to the public... they license these types of businesses and would know |
