Hey, my search for fish is getting increasingly more frustrating. Originally looked for bluegill and channel cats (both are game fish in my state), and finally got a hold of DWR, the right permits, yadda yadda...can't get ahold of one of the *few* allowed fisheries. Decided to try to find redear sunfish (shellcrackers) and blue cats as they are not game fish in this state. I have a small system, and found a source for the two blue catfish I'd like. I can not find a source for the 8-16 redear I'm looking for. Those I've found who carry them either don't ship, or have responded and said they don't have permits to ship to Utah. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! |

couple of nice trout farms in utah.. have you checked with local pond owners? |

A whole lot of trout! I've been told they don't do well in smaller systems though. Great idea, I'll ask around. |
