I reckon after not having bought a fish for 2 years - avtually is probably 3, its time I pulled my finger out and did another batch of silvers, jades or both. So who is buying this year and where from? Made an inquiry with SEQ Fish and they say their fingerlings will be ready November. Anybody know of any earlier stock? |

That we do but not for much longer. I can do a Brisbane run if there are a few hundred perch in the order so perhaps a get together with others? Will run a group buy down for $50 for fuel and oxy. Jadies are advanced at around 65gram mark. http://www.earthangroup.com.au/jade-per ... e-run/861/ Murray cod (haven't weighed them) around 80grams http://www.earthangroup.com.au/murray-c ... -fast/858/ Thanks for the plug John. |

No problems Paul... if you were doing a run down to NSW I'd grab a couple of hundred.. but it'd probably be too costly... and I'm not sure we're warm enough just yet.. The interest is here in NSW for a summer run... and we'd need to stock advanced fingerlings to have a chance of getting them through I think... and air freighting stock of that size would either be problematic... or way too costly?? What do you reckon the minimum temp is for Jades?? |

Yeah John air freight is difficult as you can not get many that size in a box to make it worthwhile. I just ran some to backyarders in Northern NSW (hour south of Lismore) and the water temps there are coming up in tanks with a little sun to 19 and 20c. Feed responses above 18c is where it is at, under that and they struggle. A run further south into NSW is doable but long.... the last was 6 hours to first drop (which was a group buy). |

Hey Paul, where are you based - do you allow pick-up? I'm only after between 100 and 200 fingerlings, so don't meet the criteria for delivery. |

Again just drop me an email with some details through our site. Paul |
