Have you checked e-bay? I just saw today a listing for 25 half inch red tilapia fingerlings for about 45 bucks total inclucing shipping. That's a great deal. If you buy 1-2" fingerlings the shipping is very expensive. Besides they grow extremely fast as I bought some half inch mozambique tilapia 3 weeks ago and the majority are allready 1.5/2".
