I am looking at buying some 300L Poly grow beds in bulk to save money as the manufacturer has minimum qty's i am looking to gauge if there is any interest in these from the community.

they will be located brisbane and i will bearing all costs myself then onselling them at cost price and keeping what i need.

I am looking at importing 30 of these and keeping 10 myself, leaving 20 for sale.

the size is as follows 1250*910*370mm and they are black in colour

the price would be $90 each

Please let me know if you would be interested in taking any so i can gauge if there is interest in them, dont want to buy 30 and be stuck with all of them!

only catch with black is that they will absorb the heat - which you probably don't want in QLD.
Can you get light green or cream - they tend to be pretty standard rainwater tank colours.

Presume it is a roto-mould or similar and UV stable ?
Most significant thing would be the material thickness.

the price is pretty good for the size if it is a decent thickness.

I used a commercial stock trough made here in Perth and it was good for the job.
In the $200 price bracket - it was nice and thick, and thus very rigid.
( 1250x600x450 FWIW ).

I just clarified with the supplier these can be provided in a green as well. they are roto-mould and are UV stable the wall thickness of it is 4.5mm do you think that would be thick enough?

yes, that seems pretty standard watertank thickness.
if it doesnt have a nice folded top, etc for strength then you will (probably) need to build a frame, not just a stand, but for $90 each (a similar but thinner product in a pond shop would be a few hundred $$$$$) you cant go wrong.

yea they are curved over at the top to create an lip as such I might go ahead and order some, sounds like they are a good buy by what you guys are saying and shouldn't be too hard to get rid of the excess I don't need
