Hi guys, a post on here about someone losing their tech brings this about. I've been a PC/Desktop/Laptop tech since 1987. I have a front room full of all kinds of stuff that I have to clean out and quite a bit is tech gear. I have an IBM R60 laptop with docking station and mouse (don't think I have a keyboard spare, but may have an older PS2 style one that will plug into the dock. I think I could probably put together a desktop system with smaller LCD monitor, Keybd and mouse, and a second desktop plus mouse. I am in Bendigo. If anyone wants to pay postage I can clean them up (software-wise) with either Win7 or WinXP on them. The laptop would have either 1.5Gb or 2GB (will have to check RAM box) and PC's will most likely have 2GB and several hundred GB drives (again have to check) PM me if they can help your situation. I've also got a couple of ADSL2+ modems just sitting around which might make being online easier... I'll come back when I have a list of what I have. |

Hey Journeyman, I'll be in Bendigo on the long weekend, would you happen to have any ddr2 RAM, 2x4gb, 667mhz or similar at a good price? |

I'll add to that offer with another LCD monitor, as many ADSL line filters as you want and a Dell laptop - dual core (pentium D, pre Core2) some missing keys but can get new Keyboard on eBay for bugger all, will install it if you need. Hmmm, what else is lying around.... Oh got a few 2gb DDR2 sticks notebook ram as well |

Is the Laptop still available? Need a basic set up just to read data and connect to wifi. Sent from my GT-I9300T using Tapatalk 2 |

Odd question I know, but I'm trying to find an old DIN-6 keyboard. Needs one to change boot to CD on an old Windows NT system. When I tried the adapter using a USB keyboard, it doesn't turn on power to the keyboard until the login screen is showing. The only login is password locked from the previous owner who is deceased. =P I've searched for those old keyboards to no avail. Remembers when they used to be everywhere! |
