Someone used cut up poly for media on this forum, semmed to work well. Sleepe has been using bottle caps with success. |

True well I got a garbage bag full of it from work and the is about four or five more of them there I take a pic once I work out how to post them |

Make sure you have filtering on the outlet as it will find its way right thru the system. |
