I'm getting a little behind in my updates for this section. Here are some pictures of a small system we installed for Anne, its a single bed system, out in the open. The small system works quite well out in the open because the fish tank is on the south side of the growbed, and half covered by the growbed so there won't be much sun hitting the water.

File comment: Because of the system location, a low voltage pump was used, with the cabling dug under the gravel path.

You and Faye have been busy EB.
Your fish tanks, sumps and GBs are just the ticket for turnkey AP systems, as you have shown in today's posts.
Just decide on the size of GB space needed and add the tank and sump to match, Voila - AP heaven.

Keep up the good work.

With all of this activity, when will you get time to do the shop fitting on your new shop-front? I recall it needs a bit of a spruce up.

G'day Joel, these off the shelf systems look great, sure is a pity we can't get your tanks here at those prices. Anyway I'm still trying to decide on my second tank and I'm just wondering how much water do you find it takes to fill the beds. I've been working on approx 40-50% but these little systems don't seem to be needing this much. If it takes less than 40-50% to fill I could get away with a 1000L tank which will be a bit cheaper than the 2300L tank I've been looking at and less work as I won't have to dig anything in.
Anyway keep up the good work, looks like things are going along great
