What a perfect way to take advantage of an underutilised space by growing your own fresh fish and vegetables. More water efficient than lawn, requires no mowing, fertilising or weeding. Simply add water, plant the plants and feed the fish. What could be simpler and more fun. It beats preparing the soil and the back breaking digging associated with it.
