Are you human?: Sometimes
Location: Australia, Victoria, Northern Suburbs
I've been having problems with birds eating my seedlings so I went down to Bunning's to purchase some bird netting and came across this little guy.

So I bought him and named him Ozzie Owl, so far Ozzie appears too be doing a great job of keeping the birds away from the plants.

The wind turns his head and his eyes pickup and reflect the sun so it's not hard for birds to see him sitting there and stay away from the plants.

I had one of those when I lived in Detroit and had problems with Pigeons sitting on my businesses sign. Worked great for a few days and then the crazy pigeons started to sit on the owl. :)
