Some good stuff for outdoor cooking and entertaining:
Used restaurant equipment can be obtained for what new home use stuff can. I have a Hobart commercial meat slicer, a 2 basket electric 220volt commercial deep fryer. a steam Warmer and a sandwich press for when ever I want a New Orleans style po-boy roast beef sandwich! I also have a home use meat grinder. Not to mention all my black iron stuff for jambalaya cook offs , a 17 gallon and a 10 gallon jambalaya pots and stands and a 16 qt a couple 12’s and some assorted skillets, I love my black irons. I like the smokers and pizza ovens our aussie friends have and or building in their backyards! All I have is a charcoal Brinkman smoker (wal-mart) I have a decent gas grill but want a larger smoker/charcoal grill. Prolly build one similar to the ones mentioned. I have an 8K btu burner and a 4k btu burner for the Jambalaya pots also have crawfish burner and 80 qt aluminum pot and a Stainless pot for frying turkeys.
Wish list: Meat Band saw and a steak tenderizer.

Hay Bill, thanks for calling this thread back up making it easy for me to find it :)

Anyway, I mentioned my outdoor kitchen has undergone some upgrades.

It now has a roof structure to attach a tarp and a tarp up on top as well as the two long sides. We keep one side closed for winter and the other side open unless there is a freeze coming. I haven't finished closing in the tops of the ends or the ends for winter yet. (kitchen is doubling to help keep some tropicals alive through winter to see if we get any better banana or papaya harvested this way.)
I got gutters up and two 120 gallon water tanks to collect some rain water for use on the plants inside the kitchen.

The table is simply a nice piece of ply wood resting on stands made from metal from an old swimming pool frame and a couple 2x4's. Benches on sides are 8' long 2x8's on blocks. End benches are some ladder/benches we had around the place. I could seat 12 people around that table if I want to (more if they are small or friendly.)

And also, the outdoor kitchen includes a shower. The chain link cage we got free (I think they used to use it at the airport for flying the radio controlled planes, it was to protect the operator from flying the plain into themself.) I tied into the plumbing going to the sink and we had the pool shower bits on hand. Just need some nice matts for the gravel/shell floor to keep my tender feet happy, sandals work too.
