hey guys,

I'm pretty sure that my seedlings are showing signs of iron deficiency:
they have the green veins with fairly yellow(ing) leaves.
I'm not sure if this is because of lack of iron alltogether or a high pH (ph is around 7.6-7.5) which is inhibiting iron uptake.

I'm seeing these symptoms on the lettuce/broccoli/bakchoy.. not so much on the tomatoes right now, but hard to say at this point.

Also got some dark "dimples" in some of the leaves.. not sure what this is about?
and on one leaf it shows some signs of necrosis(i think this is the right term, could be mistaken)...

any input helps!

I would add some chelated Iron and some seasol or maxicrop. The iron issue is probably because of the pH so chelated iron will probably be easier for the plants to use. The necrotic spots could be from other deficiency and potassium is one mineral that is commonly in short supply so a little dose of seasol or maxicrop can take care of the potassium and trace nutrients. A pH up around the mid 7 range is pretty common in a new system, patients and it will come down and the deficiencies will ease off with time but for now the supplements can help you out.
