Just a quick tip for planting out in growbeds... Cut yourself a small section of 90mm PVC (or bigger if you have big hands, or larger plants...) long enough to allow for the size of the roots of your seedlings. Push that down into the gravel and using your hands or an old spoon or something, dig out the gravel from inside the tube. Then place the seedling inside, remove the PVC ring and backfill. Obviously this would work in any medium, not just gravel |

Great idea - I have been using the same method but using old cardboard poster tubes |
