Comment,....., Best coffee I EVER tasted was in Vietnam ,, grow in the mountain area called Da Lat ,, not far from Saigon ( HCMC).
Adelaide Hills ,, I think your winters are too cold and summer to wet?

winters too cold? maybe, it is frost we have to worry about...

Summer too wet? not at all, too dry if anything.

This is why I will POT them, in LARGE pots, and move into Plastic House over Winter, and make sure to keep em wet in summer....

Got one growing in a pot outside. Its on my list of plant to put into the ground. Also on my list is to label the plants in pots. :scratch: Might be too late for that.
