Lemon Bacopa (Bacopa caroliniana)

Were told that I can add it to salads by the Water Garden shop manager but there is
very little info about it on the web, except for its aquarium use.

Its close relative, Bacopa monniera is mentioned a lot for its medical qualities
and its use in salads.

Does anybody have more info on the Lemon Bacopa use, search of he forum drew blank.
