what are optimum nitrite and nitrate levels for an early aquaponics system?

Are you human?: YES at least mostly
Location: USA, Florida, Yalaha
Ammonia and Nitrite should both be at 0 once a system is properly cycled.

Nitrate could be anywhere from 0- a few hundred depending on the amount of feed the fish are getting and the plants you have to use up the Nitrates.
