Does anyone happen to know what is wrong with these basil plants?

Check the top and underside of the leaf for spider mites. They are barely large enough to be visible so it might help to shake or brush the leaf off over a piece of white paper - or use a magnifying glass. Blowing up photos on a phone works as well.

Photos are out of focus enough that I can't tell much - might want to see if you can get sharper photos posted.
