Post subject:  Leaf fade very soon after harvesting

Leaves of my aquaponics letuce and Spanish starts fading earlier after harvesting (within an hour) unable to found what the problem is please help

If you are talking about wilting, there are a few things that can cause it.

(1). Low nutrient levels in general.
(2). High Nitrogen levels in ratio to other nutrients, such as Potassium.
(3). Plants grown in high heat or humidity conditions tend to wilt sooner after harvest.
(4). Harvesting at the wrong time of day. Early in the morning is preferable.
(5). Low light conditions.

The nitrate level of syem in 60 ppm.
And i use ground water who itself contains 40ppm nitrate in it.

is there any problem due to the ground water use which contains 40 ppm nitrate already please help the plant still witling within an hour of harvesting
