Can someone please help diagnose this problem. So far happened to some Brassicaceae only, no lettuce seemed to be affected. This problem appeared after I grew more arugura than ever. System PH around 6.5, Calcium Carbonate is used in PH adjustment.

This is a tricky one, what do the root system look like,if it’s Calcium you should have short stubby root systems dirty looking in colour, have you had periods of high humidity? this can be a cause for calcium deficiency as the plants have a very low transpiration rate,so even if it’s available there are not taking it up.

Thanks Dad boot. They seem to have less hairy roots than those normal ones, but a thicker main root.Humidity is low as it is hot summer season here. I wet the greenhouse floor a couple times a day to increase the humidity. Normally it's less than 20%in the day time and less than 40 in the evening.
