Looks great, good work Fishbee :thumbright:. That's the nice thing about not using the fancy filters and just using grow beds for filtration. Almost all the nutrients stay in the system until you harvest the plants.

i think so too. it may actually help the system running sans fish for longer between different batches.

Our very first harvest from the AP was bok choi. The seedlings we planted in the dirt garden at the same time are about half this size.

Awesome psteve.
Seems like bok choy is one of the best and hardiest starter plant.
Heck the thing might actually grow in a little to no nutrient water and i grow them in all seasons.
Do you have problem with aphids steve?

They really love bok choy.

No trouble with aphids, although we've had them on the navel orange tree recently. The caper white butterflies are everywhere at the moment though, so I'm spraying Dipel every couple of days.

Pulled out my gai lin this arvo. this veggie is the best for thai style noodles using the leaves, stalks and all.

Made enough pad sieuw for 6 people and still have heaps of left over leaves.
