Could also be beetroot as it is the same species as silverbeet. I have grown a variety like this with green stems

Oke but how do i know whats what for sure?

Logicly they would be Albino beets (seen they proberbly came from my beetroot seedpack)

But anyway according to this site the hole thing is eetable (asuming they are albino beets or "baby white beets")

easiest way, pull it up, if it has a tuber then its a beet, if it doesnt then its silverbeet.

then replant it.

dont worry, in AP the plant will bounce back really quickly as it will never be lacking water (or remove some leaves to compensate for lost roots)
