Looks like it's bolting. Can do it if you've had a wave of hot weather. |

No way to fix it. Let it grow and collect some seeds from it, or pull it and plant some tomatoes/cucumbers. Broccoli is a cool weather crop, it senses hot weather, knows it's time is up, and goes to seed straight away so it can have offspring. |

As above Plant or maybe easier to follow is harvest in season , often see seedlings in the shops that look great but its too late to plant them . Research how long Brocc takes to grow to maturity and work backwards to establish ideal plant times , plants out of season get hammered by bugs as well . |
