No way to fix it. Let it grow and collect some seeds from it, or pull it and plant some tomatoes/cucumbers.

Broccoli is a cool weather crop, it senses hot weather, knows it's time is up, and goes to seed straight away so it can have offspring.

Plant or maybe easier to follow is harvest in season , often see seedlings in the shops that look great but its too late to plant them .

Research how long Brocc takes to grow to maturity and work backwards to establish ideal plant times , plants out of season get hammered by bugs as well .
