File comment: Mint & tomato wilting in aquaponics growbed

Hi my mint & tomato plants have really died off recently & I don't know what's wrong. I've been spraying with a mix of sweet orange oil, rosemary oil, 1 small drop of neem oil (all to treat aphids) & baking soda (to treat fungus). I've also been adding dolomitic lime & potash to boost potassium & calcium. The tomatoes are wilting and the mint seems to be covered by black insects which I am trying to control with my spray. I used to use baking soda to increase the ph in my growbeds to help my fish but I've stopped using it since the ph has stablised and I've used potash and dolomitic lime to harden the water

PH is 6.4

Ammonia is 0ppm (mg/L)

Nitrite is 0ppm (mg/L)

Nitrate is 160ppm (mg/L)

We also have plants in pots near the growbeds which we are using to grow seedlings. The tomatoes in pots are doing much better with less wilting. Just some of the leaves at the bottom of the seedlings are beginning to yellow

The plants in the pots are watered with the same water from the fish tank. Although we noticed that some of the peas in the pot plants are suffering as well

I'm not sure what is the problem. Is it the aphids that are causing the problem & are they spreading fungus to the plants? Alternatively is this just a nutrient deficiency? The fish are doing OK but some prawns have died. I'm down to just 1 bamboo prawn but have 9 fish remaining (1 large tilapia, 1 large arowana, 7 large goldfish, 1 large pleco). Any thoughts on what's wrong with my system and why my plants are suffering
