Earlier this week two of my grow beds stopped receiving water and the water sat in the grow bed for a couple of days. By the time I realized it, the beds smelled a little, hence why I noticed it. I fixed the water issues and the stagnant water was circulated back in the with the rest of the water in the tank. Now I have a dead Tilapia and Koi, could this have anything to do with it?

I just assumed the stagnant water would be fine as long as it was oxygenated well, but could there be something else that is dangerous to the fish?

Anyone else see issues with this?

Sounds like the bed became anaerobic because of the lack of flow. Some of the gasses produced are toxic to the fish. You may also have sent a spike of ammonia or something of this nature through to the fish depending on what was going on with the bacteria and organic material in the grow bed at the time.

checked all the levels today, ammonia, nh3 and nh4 and everything was baseline. The pH was 7.5, so that does not seem to be an issue, anything else that I might test? Or should i just let it go and hope that the issue is done?

The ammonia level probably wouldn't still be high. The dead fish may or may not be related to the stagnant water. I think they probably are related because it's not uncommon for something like this to happen and then to see some dead fish afterward. Not much you can test for. Be sure to check for dead fish on the bottom, they don't always float. I'll suggest that if you see any additional deaths doing some partial water changes might help. In addition to toxic gasses bacteria can also produce other toxic compounds so diluting them would probably help. Won't do much for a bacterial infection though. The stats you have shown here are not showing any kind of problem to me. I think you are safe.
