My roma tomatoes are showing unusual growth.
Does anyone know what the problem could be?

Going to bump this; would be better if they could be seen on the plant and a bit of info on weather etc.

It kind of looks like they've been on the plant for too long.

Yeah, seeing the plants would help. This looks like it could also be bug damage or late blight damage but who knows

Fruit flies ??? Any grubs inside them ?

Blossom end rot. Roma's are shocking for it.

Charlie,on a Roma isnt the pointed end the bottom of the fruit ?,the way i was looking at this was the symptoms were at the stalk end or have i got the fruit the wrong way around....

I think it is automatic of me to associate Roma and B.E.R every time too.

This is difficult without more info but personally I think non ideal growing conditions, ie weather and watering (unusual in AP) started the problem. If you look at the second photo there is possible splitting also perhaps root problems. After this fungal infection.

Although brissie gets some nice weather, it is still winter which isn't the right time of year to be growing them and Id imagine you'd still get some cold nights like here below the gold coast. Ive got tommies in my garden (as they were given to me) and they are growing but you can see they are not real happy.

Fruit are too wet. Wet rot, not insects. Common with Roma's.

Could it be low Manganese?
