Hidden behind the various brassicas this watercress plant overwintered.
As you can see it has now flowed and what looks to me like seed pods have formed.
This is a first for me.
How? What When? Where? Would you go about harvesting them for next year.
Yes, I know watercress seeds are not expensive but these are, “My seeds” Aquaponically grown and as such are priceless to me.

Hi Titus, let them mature a bit and dry off. Meanwhile, you could put a stocking over the stem with the seed heads to keep them safe and catch the seeds if the pods burst. Just keep it up out of the dampness. Once they look mature (ie. probably yellow off and dry out a bit) cut off the stem and put them in a paper bag in a dark airy dry place. The pods will dry completely and should crack open when squeezed and the seeds will drop out, then store them in a paper envelope until ready to plant.
