I have a bad batch of lettuce now. Their stems seem long and weak. Could I still save them or should I plant a new batch?

Leave them in there until the new batch are ready. If they haven't sorted themselves out, then ditch them and start again.

They were doing okay for the first two weeks then they just became leggy. Any ideas? Maybe because of the cloudy weather ?
