So my first lot of japanese cucumbers were excellent.

My second lot and I just tasted my first cucumber and its bitter.

My system is mature, fish are healthy, all kinds of plants growing well. Ph a little on the acidic end but nothing to stop growth.

I have found the beans this time round are not as good as well - plant looks excellent but the shape and length of the flat bean is not as consistent.

Lettuces are good.

Soya Beans are going very well and heaps of pods coming along.

Other than the heat and the humidity Im at a loss as to what it is causing the bitterness.

Too Hot or temperature fluctuations look like they can cause this.
