I've got what look like small green fruit hanging of the leaves of my spuds that I've never seen before. are they seeds?

Did they flower? If so that is the fruit. They look like little mini green tomatoes Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

They are the seeds however I don't know how viable they are or how to germinate them. Also I doubt they would be true to type as potatoes are so commonly grown from the tuber Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
