I have beautiful tomato plants but are not flowering. The leaves are nice and green, no bugs (knock on wood), its about 3 ft tall. I have cucumbers that are doing great, flowering and little baby dukes starting to grow. My water is ok with pH of 8.0, nitrates, nitrites and ammonia all at 0. All of my plants are doing good.Maybe I just need to be patient. Any thoughts?

Here in FL I keep hearing that they won't flower or set fruit over 90F. How's your weather?

Supposedly there are heat tolerant varieties, but I haven't tried one personally. My tomatoes flowered, set one fruit and now they are just growing. Slowly. Hits above 90 every single day.

Tomatoes spend several months just putting out leafy greens, building up energy and preparing to fruit. It's nothing to worry about yet.

Give it time.

A guy on you tube Murray something mention using potassium to tomatoes to make them flower, I don’t have tomatoes yet, so I haven’t tried it my self , but he is well known from Queensland,

Its South Louisiana, it seems like we are always in the 90's. I talked to a girl at the local feed store about it and she recommended banana peel and triple phosphate. We shall see.
