I have a new ibc system that's been going for about 3 months now. Plants were planted about a month ago and I'm getting a lot of growth but as of yet no vegetable production is this normal????

Depends on what type of plants you planted as well as a lot of other things
How many fish
pH and whether you're supplementing nutrients that aren't available at that pH
Temp
Lighting

and there's probably some other things I didn't mention :dontknow:

It's not unusual for a new system to take a while to get going. Some pics of the plants and information on the things above will probably get you some additional input from others.

Cheers

What are you growing? May need to supplement some Phosphorus(P) to get some blooms going.

Pole beans, bush beans (the pole beans have crowded out the bush beans so they've stopped growing), cucumber, squash, cauliflower . What would you recommend to supplement phosphorus and do you put it in the water or in the media

That is almost definitely the problem or at least a big part of it. (In my admittedly inexperienced opinion...)
The consensus seems to be that we need to use high protein Aquaculture feed.

From what I've seen other members from the US are saying stock feed outlets should have it.
But maybe that is only in states where raising channel catfish is popular?
Hopefully someone more local might know specifics for you.

and bear in mind - my claims that it is your feed that is the problem may be misguided. I'm confident that it would help the plant growth though.

look at feed stores for a 40-50 lb bag of fish feed. look for a protein % of 30 or higher and Phosphorus and some minor elements as well. In the meantime, get some Seasol or Rootmagic and add these to your system. Your PH and light is ok, this will help with growth. Seasol doesn't darken your water, but Humic acid in the Rootmagic is also really good for the plants.
