Hi Folks,

I had a slow afternoon at work and got to thinking about the whole AP thing ( as you do).

I do have some concepts (and hardware) ready to set up and see where it gets me. The system I plan to build will be outdoors, so the question that keeps coming back to me however is; What to grow during the winter months?

So what do those of you who have had systems for a while grow?

cabbage, cauli's, celery, rhubarb, silver beet, spinach, peas

Your list was what I was thinking (apart from the Rhubarb), but not having any experience in growing in an AP system wasn't sure if the water temp would be warm enough to let the plants grow.
