I'm wondering if it is possible to progate leafy greens such as tatsoi, mizuna etc from cuttings? I know its generally easier from seed, though what if you only have one plant and want to make more? Anyone tried it?

Kang kong, water cress and sweet potato would work from cuttings and Vietnamese mint (any mint)

The structure of tatsoi is similar to African violet so it probably can be done but as you said seed is easier.

try growing cut and come again if you want to maintain continuous leaf growth.
I love Gai lan its quick tastes great and keeps coming back
I chop my spring onions and leeks off at ground level and they re shoot.
