Thinking od adding some additional FT's, GB's and using indexing valve. I have wholesale access to the Krain...not sure about the Fimco's. Any thoughts, experiences? |

If I were me, I'd use my MK III DIY version It's public domain. It costs around $15 worth of PVC if you buy it all new, and an hour or so of your time to build. It lasts as a long as a pingpong ball does... which I think, like plastic shopping bags and car tyres, is forever. http://120thingsin20years.blogspot.com. ... build.html The ruler is best replaced with a thin PVC tube running the length of the device, 1/3 filled with olive oil or a marble to set the bias. |

Looks like yours will work Bull, but I will need at least a 4-5 zone valve. |

Thanks Charlie. She sells the Femco. I was wondering if anyone had experience with K-rain? I have a contractors account and can get them cheap...but cheap is only good if they work. lol |

Krain 6000 commercial size, has been working excellent for over 1 year now, never missed a zone. I have two of them, one in each polytunnel. |

Thanks Bio. Is the 6000 series a metal body? |

Sure, it's for commercial application. Cast iron body, the bottom where you glue the exiting pipes is ABS plastic, comes with an anti vacuum valve. Top stuff! I've paid double the price because shipping from US to UK it's expensive plus I had to pay import duty tax to her Majesty! |

I think they're about $135.00 here. that's the 6 zone. I was worried about the metal and the FT. Didn't think anything but stainless should contact FT? |
