Post subject:  Dark spots on leaf

Please see the attached pictures for Beans and Tomatto leafs.. They are about two weeks old. I am using BioNova Hydro supermix Fertilizer.. Is that normal for both tomatto and beans? Fungus, virus..etc?

BTW: this is hydroponic not aquaponic syste,.. my aqua system is working ok.

the last photo with the hoses looks like leaf miners to me

for leaf miners I have pinched where the dark spot in the white lines is and this has worked for me in the past.
