Who would have thought it, we are past the shortest day of the year and yet I still have chillies and tomatoes ripening in the systems. It has been an unusually warm, and dry winter, but it's nice to know that even without a greenhouse there's still tomatoes in the middle of winter. :D

Yeh I think it is a myth that toms don't fruit and ripen after a certain point. I too have chillies and toms fruiting and ripenning still and we have had several frosts this year.

Of course mine are in the garden because I don't have my system operating yet

Yep, with regards to worries about photoperiod and fruiting of most plants, I spoke with the woman out at the hydroponics shop the other day and she grows tomatoes all year, every year in her greenhouse..
