It's growing like weed along the Canning river in Rossmoyne.
I'm guessing it's pennywort but not sure.
anyone give an ID?

not sure but i am sure it is not Shield pennywort (Hydrocotyle verticillata) or Hydrocotyl (Hydrocotyle ranunculoides). It does look familier and is just like the hydrocotyle i have at home. will try and find a name for you |

it could be Centella asiatica (gotu kola) which is common in wa and found along the canning river |

I doubt the ranger was concerned as it is probably a weed where it is. |
