The veins are bright red tho the camera made them look purple... the leaves are curling and are purple underneath just on the edges... leaves are yellow/green... the stalk is hairy and purple...

these are tiny tim tomatoes...

I have 1 goldfish in a 15 gallon tank, I had 2 but 1 died unexpectedly... I feed the remaining 1 twice a day... the tank floods into a 2 gallon bed with 1 lettuce plant, this tomato plant and a basil plant... that bed drains into another bed with tom thumb pea plant and 1 bunching onion...

so far 3 lettuce varieties have died and 3 of my onions have died... which is why im left with only one of each... the last onion looks like is gonna die tomorrow... the lettuce looks ok... its a little pale... i have two 100 watt CFL bulbs with a 6500K spectrum on the plants... air pump in the tank... the bed flood and drains every 45 minutes for 15 minutes...

This is the first time I've done this...

The readings are:

Nitrate 0
Nitrite 2.0
Total Hardness 150
Total Alkalinity 120
PH 7.0
The temp in my house is 81 degrees

My lettuces looked like they got too much water when they died... the leaves were soggy... my onions looked dried out tho... I don't want my tomato plant to dieeee, heeeelp, I've attached a pic of it

how long has your system been running? nitrite with no nitrate makes me think it is a new system and not cycling just yet?

try giving the tomato a cup of diluted sea weed solution, but from that picture it doesn't look terminal.

One goldfish isn't really much to be running things, and if it's only goldfish flakes or similar then you'll definately have lack of nutrient issues.
