Hi guys just wanting to know what these plants are suffering from.

Specs

Friends New system 1 month +/- old
No fish
Peeponics
Receives a lot of sunlight
Constant flow/flood.

Transplanted from dirt - except the parsley, that was from my AP system.

Im guessing nitrogen and some sunburn? These were from a fairly shaded spot.

Where to begin..

Yes, system very new..
Yes, possibly suffering from transplant shock.
Not enough nutrient in the system I would think, plants, even the leafy green ones will need more than just urine..

2-3 capfuls of Seasol per 1000L, every 3-4 days until you add fish.

...and maybe a tspn of Chelated Iron per 1000L if the pH is in the high 7's, or higher. If below 7.5 don't worry about it.

Also, I'd be adding more plants, the bed looks a tad bare!

When are you planning on adding the fish?

What are your Amm, Nitrite, Nitrate and pH readings?... have you been keeping track of them?

Looks a bit like nitrogen to me. But then i have no idea what i am talking about most of the time. I just like the sound of my own voice.

I found cycling with charlie carp led to some excellent growth very quickly. Rather than or as well as peeponics.
