I have been searching through the forum as I have seen information on this posted before but just can't seem to locate it. :dontknow:

Anyway, would like to know which vegetables are the biggest users of nitrates?

Cheers Charlie, was thinking it might be the root based vegetables like the beet family, however broccoli seems to churn out the big growth with lots of mass to it as well.

Onions grow so fast in AP that they must use a lot of nitrates
