I cant import it because of WA quarantine laws.

Have you tried the asian grocery stores or organic food places H45e, perhaps even health food stores?

Yep, tried all them. Problem is that soy is now a .GM food and not allowed in WA

Try Lucky's in North Perth/Northbridge - I don't have an address, but you'll find it in Google - it's an Asian supermarket.

Edamame is actually the soy beans boiled quickly in salt water.
