New to AP and I have plants starting to overtake GB. I was curious if I can trim my veggies b/c I am worried that I am going to have jungle very soon. I read that 8 inch spacing is adequate. That is what I did but things are getting real tight. |

Sort of depends on the plants your growing... Do you have a picture? |

You can have very dense plantings in AP because they get all the water and nutrients they need with less space. I like to trim mine enough that they get air in between them, when they get dense. |

Depending on what you have growing you can take only what you want and leave the rest of the plant to continue to grow. E.G.- celery, lettace etc. You just take off the amount you want from the outside of the plant and come back at a later date when you want somemore. Sure keeps it fresh, better than a fridge!! |
