Any shade loving veggies?


Also, when planting into lava rock, do you just put a seed a few inches down and hope for the best? never planted in a grow bed before

Herbs grow ok in shade and it depends on just how much shade you are talking about. All or most of my summer vegies grow under 70% shadecloth no problems

Do you remove the shadecloth in winter Richard?

I cant seem to source any 50% around here but there is an ubundance of 70%.

Yep, the shadecloth came off a month or two ago. The greenhouse is now a greenhouse not a shadehouse
